For over 40 years, he's implemented this vision in corporate, government, health care, higher education, and non-profit organizations through the principle-based design of structure, resource-governance processes, and culture.

His research and real-world experience have resulted in well-documented principles and frameworks, and proven, participative change processes.

Dean is the author of eight books, including his capstone, How Organizations Should Work. In addition, he's published countless webinars, videos, monographs, and articles.
