The Reference Library is provided as a lifetime, perpetual-use license. Its reasonable price varies with the size of the organization that's using it.

Price:

$7,000 per enterprise,
plus $120 per "seat"

where a seat is $1 million of budget
(total planned spending in the next year, expense and capital)
(Excludes costs of goods sold where company is selling a distribution service; includes costs of goods sold for company's brands and others' brands purchased for resale where company controls pricing and marketing decisions.)

For example:

An organization with a $20 million budget pays $9,400.
An organization with a $40 million budget pays $11,800.
An organization with a $100 million budget pays $19,000.
An organization with a $250 million budget pays $37,000.

A graduated scale reduces the per-seat price for organizations above US$250 million.

251-1000 seats ($251M-$1B): $35/seat
1001+ seats (>$1B): $5/seat

No additional license fees will be assessed in future years as the organization grows.

If other organizations within the enterprise later adopt a Principle-based Organizational Structure, they only need to pay for the additional seats.

The Reference Library is supplied in PDF form, and may be made available to everyone within the licensed organizations.
