The Cost of FullCost

FullCost is provided as a lifetime enterprise license. Its reasonable price varies with the size of the organization (within the enterprise) that's using it.

* All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

Price:

$15,000 per enterprise,
plus $250 per "seat"

where a seat is $1 million of budget
(total planned spending in the next year, expense and capital)

For example:

An organization with a $20 million budget pays $20,000.
An organization with a $40 million budget pays $25,000.
An organization with a $100 million budget pays $40,000.
An organization with a $250 million budget pays $77,500.

A graduated scale reduces the per-seat price for organizations above US$250 million.

250-1000 seats ($251M-$1B): $100/seat
1001+ seats (>$1B): $5/seat

And if other organizations within the enterprise later adopt FullCost, they only need to pay for the additional seats.

An annual support agreement covers software upgrades and support.

Price: 20 percent of the then-current license price.

The Reference Library is supplied in PDF form, and may be made available to everyone within the licensed organization.

Training and implementation consulting are available from NDMA and from its certified partners.
