More on the deal....

The partnership relationship is simple:

• You own the relationship and manage the sales and delivery process. Alternatively, you'll earn a finders fee if you turn over qualified leads and we manage the sales process.

• We license the software directly to your client, and share a 20% commission with you.

• We provide Annual Maintenance services (no commission).

• You supply the implementation consulting, and support the client on their business decisions.

• If you choose to engage us to deliver specific critical workshops, you'll receive a 20% commission on our professional fees.

• We support partners (without charge) on marketing, selling, and throughout delivery.
