More on the qualifications required....FullCost partners are comfortable selling and consulting to C-level executives in large enterprises, or to founders/CEOs/CFOs in medium-sized organizations (typically $20 million or larger). FullCost partners have some background in finance, business planning, process change, and ideally corporate or small-business management. It would be helpful to have experience with cost analysis, budget planning, chargebacks or allocations, and governance processes. FullCost partners focus on an industry, a geographic area, and/or a functional specialty.
