How to Plan a Real Transformation
develop an organizational strategy that systematically leads you to a visionary end-state
Speech Abstract
The word "transformation" is overused, and often inappropriately used to describe any organizational change or big project.
A real transformation process is a multi-year endeavor, impacting every aspect of an organization, and moving the organization into a significantly different way of working.
Real transformations don't address a few symptoms. They put in place systemic processes that address all the symptoms, and achieve all the organization's aspirations, forevermore.
For leaders who are tired of fighting alligators and are ready to drain the swamp, there's an effective way to plan a transformation process and build support for change at the same time.
This session gives leaders the concepts they need to develop a highly effective transformation strategy.
