Dean Meyer requests that conference hosts provide the following:

• Podium (if large audience).

• Lectern, plus small table for Dean's laptop.

• Video projector for Dean's laptop with lens/projector-position set to fill screen; all slides are horizontal 4:3.

• Largest possible screen.

• Lighting:

  - As much room light as possible while slides remain clear.

  - Remove light bulbs that are washing the screen (unless rear-screen projection).

  - Spotlight on lectern if possible (if large audience).
