Symptom: Clients are not well trained in the use of our products.

Many products require that clients be trained in their use in order to gain the benefits. It is up to your organization to provide the training, whether it is through documentation or classroom courses. If this is not occurring, the client will not gain the full benefit of your products and demand will suffer.


Another (more generic) way to state the problem is as follows:
Symptom: The training function is not sufficiently effective.
