Symptom: Clients just don't want to bother adopting the product.

If you've done all you can to make your products easy to adopt and use, the perceived value of the product should overcome any remaining difficulties. If the product is as well designed as possible, then efforts should focus on perception of value to make the struggle worthwhile.


Another (more generic) way to state the problem is as follows:
Symptom: The marketing function is not sufficiently effective.
