Symptom: No one in the organization has time to learn and apply methods of planned change to clients' organizations.
Learning these methods requires study, and facilitators require excellent interpersonal skills. Change facilitation is not a product that should be offered by Engineers; rather, it is a product of the (internal) Sales (client liaison) function.
If an internal client liaison (Sales) function separate from Engineering does not exist, structure may preclude the organization from offering effective change facilitation.
