Symptom: Our products are difficult for our clients to use.

If your products are difficult for clients to use, sales will suffer. Products may be difficult to install, or may require major changes in the way clients do business before they pay off. Or products may be difficult to use on an ongoing basis.
In any case, the perceived cost to the client is much greater than the money they pay you. And as perceived cost goes up, demand goes down.


Symptom: The design of the product makes it difficult to acquire or use.

Symptom: The product is well designed, but there are still difficulties to clients' adoption.
