Symptom: Product developers aren't all that interested in what potential clients think.

If products are developed in a technology-driven manner, it could be that your product developers think they know what's best for your clients and don't really want to listen to them.


Another (more generic) way to state the problem is as follows:
Symptom: People in the organization don't always care enough about their customers or their own results (a lack of customer focus).
