Symptom: Clients are not well trained.

The better trained the clients, the more self-sufficient they are. And they make better customers as a result. Loyalty is built when people are trained in your products. And well-trained people make better use of your products, and hence come back for more.


Symptom: The available training is not adequate.

Symptom: Training is available, but clients don't take advantage of it.
